Founded in 2002 by Lucy Postins, The Honest Kitchen began with a simple goal: to help her dog, Mosi, feel better through thoughtfully prepared food. When Lucy couldn’t find the kind of whole-food nutrition she wanted, she started making it herself in her San Diego kitchen. That small, personal effort grew into a company dedicated to bringing high-quality, human-grade food to dogs and cats.

Today, we offer a variety of thoughtfully crafted foods, treats, toppers, and supplements for pets. From dehydrated meals to dry and wet recipes, our products are made with care and a commitment to quality and safety.
